Why I Created Soul Sighted

Hey, I'm Sarah
And I'd love to talk to you about how our relationships with are kids are not random!
My work explores not just who they are…
but also what that connection is here to show you, grow you, and open up in you.
Like most parents, I started out trying to do it “right.”
But over time, I realised something important:
It’s not just about understanding your child.
It’s about understanding the space between you.
Because that’s where everything actually happens.
🌙 The moment everything clicked
When the twins were around two, I found astrology.
Not the surface-level kind.
The kind that looks at how two people are wired together.
And when I saw the dynamic between me and my daughters…
it stopped me in my tracks.
It was a 'challenging dynamic'.
And it explained why it felt so hard.
It showed me that this relationship wasn’t designed to be smooth -
it was designed to stretch me.
To bring up parts of myself I didn’t even know existed.
The impatience. The control. The emotional edges I’d never had to face before.
And at the same time -
it showed me the potential for deeper love, connection, and growth than I had ever imagined.
That changed everything.
Because suddenly, I wasn’t asking:
“What’s wrong with me?”
or “What’s wrong with them?”
I was asking: “What is this dynamic here to teach us?”
💫 What this really is
Soul Sighted isn’t about labels or predictions.
It’s a way of seeing your child - and your connection - with clarity.
So instead of guessing, overthinking, or questioning yourself…

I believe every parent–child connection carries something meaningful.
Our children are not random.
Some feel easy.
Some feel intense.
Most are a mix of both.
But all of them… can be understood.
